VPO Approval vs. Standard PO Approval

Variance Purchase Orders follow the same approval steps in EV2 as Standard Purchase Orders.  However, in some cases we may not know the exact quantity that needs to be on the Variance Purchase Order prior to the vendor’s on-site evaluation of the issue.  As a result, there is a need to issue a draft Variance Purchase Order to the vendor on BuildWithCentex.
